I understand that you may have a family to support or yourself , even a loved one. I am willing to work with you as best as possible. It’s as simple as this I take care of you and your interest you take care of mine as simple as that. I don’t ask for to much all I ask for is to complete the job 110% your quality not only effects you but, It also effects me which I won’t be happy about. So don’t push me to that point.

Expectations

What I expect you to do when being hired. I expect you to foresee any problems that may arise on a jobsite so I am aware and we together as a team can tackle any problem down quickly before it gets bigger than what it need to be. I also expect direct and effective communication this will be extremely helpful for me and your team so we can go home at the end of each job knowing that we did clean and quality work. I also don’t tolerate drinking (alcohol) or smoking of any kind on a jobsite due to most construction materials and chemicals being flammable. I have a zero horseplay tolerance something as simple as messing around and the potential chance of getting injured is a bad image for Black Hat Home Renovations.

Having not only in the field expertise and experience help out but, having certifications an or degree in your specific trade helps me to determine the best person to hire.

My Considerations

Here are somethings I can consider. I can understand at times especially any personal emergency things can get hard that when you need help just let me know what’s going on and If i can help you out.
